Parenting through Separation (PTS) is free to attend and ran as a one-off 4-hour online session.

Description

Parenting through Separation (PTS) is a free course for parents who are currently separating or have recently separated. It can also help grandparents and other family members/whānau who have responsibilities around a child's care.

The course is funded by Ministry of Justice and Family Court increasingly request that parents who are going through any Court process complete this course.

Please review the following questions to ensure you can safely participate in a course, before advising your interest.
1. Do you have a reliable device to complete a 2- or 4-hour online session? (Make sure screen size is large enough to see the presentations and camera must be on the whole session).
2. Do you have internet capability/data and battery life to complete a 2- or 4-hour online session? 
3. Do you have a private space in your home bubble to participate in an online session away from distractions, with adequate childcare? 
4. Is your email address private for us to send the meeting link to? 
5. If you enrol in a course please commit to attending as there is a lot of work that goes in to setting up the course and a high demand.
